Don L. Csoke, MSc. Eng.
President Director


Don is a senior consulting specialist mainly for Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Power industry. This position requires solid managerial, engineering and field experience to oversee, guide and advise the projects during, feasibility, FEED, EPC, Commissioning, safe and successful Start-up of the facilities, complying to respected standards and engineering practices.

Don has over twenty five (25) years of management, engineering and hands-on field experience in supervision of rotating equipment construction, commissioning, stat-up, renovation, repair and upgrade. He has held senior manager, senior engineer specialist positions, superintendent and QC Inspector position on world class grass-root and revamp of LNG, Gas processing and Power plant projects. Don has worked overseas on major and medium size projects of respectful companies such as: ABB (Croatia), Woodside Energy, (NW Australia); Petronas, (Malaysia); Sonatrach, (Algeria); KBR & Halliburton, (USA); CSC, (Canada); PLN, (Indonesia).

Recently, Don was responsible for Technical Department management during development of major LNG Project, LNG Receiving Terminal and CCGT for an independent energy resource development company in SE Asia.

Zainal S. Abidin, BSc. Eng.
Director


Zainal has more that thirty eight (38) years of experience. He has pioneered the fiber optic technology cable manufacturing. His experience involves, testing and installation of power lines as well as telecommunication lines. Cable installations involved grid supplying the public as well as industrial facilities namely; petrochemical and process industries, oil refineries, transportation; power generation; new installations and replacement during plant/system renovation.

His area of expertise is mainly in electrical discipline covering project proposal development, project and construction management, field engineering, construction supervision, inspection, commissioning, start-up as well as trouble shooting. He has successfully completed projects in: Iraq, Iran, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Indonesia, former Yugoslavia, Germany, Malaysia and Thailand.

Vjekoslav Koprivnjak, MSc.
Ambassador (Ret) - Commissioner


Vjekoslav has more than 25 years of management and consultancy experience in projects such as: printing, publishing, computer, informatics, trading, power and mining industries. His 20 years colorful experience in Indonesia enabled him to become a leading expert organizing and facilitating business development opportunities.

As President of Board of Directors of Vjesnik, Zagreb, Croatia the largest newspaper, publishing and printing group in former Yugoslavia, he led the modernization program based on business group principles entering into era of computerized technology. Vjekoslav was a member of the team organizing and hosting Univesiade Zagreb ’87, a World University Sport Games.

Following his resignation as Ambassador of former Yugoslavia in Indonesia, he remained in Indonesia working in positions as: a managing director, general manager, adviser, consultant and import-export promoter for reputable International and local companies. The International Consultancy involved companies from: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bosnia- Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, East Timor, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Italy, Macedonia, Malaysia, Montenegro, New Zealand, Poland, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovenia, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey and United States of America.
Currently Vjekoslav is a Commissioner in charge for projects in field of oil & gas and mining industries acquisitions including power plant projects in East Kalimantan.

Gary Blackwell
Director-South East Asia


Gary has over thirty five (35) years experience in engineering and construction. He has extensive experience in large scale LNG Projects, from grassroots to existing operating facilities as well as in Power generation industry. His experience ranges from preparation of FEED reports through detail engineering & procurement, construction & start-up on major oil & gas projects worldwide.

Gary was a Construction Superintendent on the LNG Train 2 Project at Woodside Petroleum (Australia), Senior Construction Superintendent on MLNG Train Dua (Malaysia) and the Construction Manager on Train H in Bontang (Indonesia). Recently he was the Senior Construction Manager for the 4.8 MTPA Train 4 at Woodside Petroleum in Australia and subsequently Project Director of an LNG Project development, LNG Receiving Terminal and Power Plant of an independent energy resource development company in SE Asia.

Randy O.B., MBA
Project Manager


Thirty – Seven (37) years experience in the engineering and construction industry progressing from Piping Designer, Piping Field Engineer, Area Superintendent, and Field Operations Manager to Resident Construction Manager, Site Construction Manager then to Deputy Site Manager, Client Construction Manager, Proposal Manager, Project Manager and General Manager of Construction.

Past projects includes design engineering of various power plant and ammonia plants, construction of oil refineries, ammonia, LNG, LNG revamp, gas injection and gas gathering projects ethylene, petrochemical, sulfur and coal gasification plant, and CCGT power plant. Experience feasibility studies, feed engineering, proposal management, contracts negotiation, projects execution strategies, construction management, and project planning, modularization construction, Contract administration, cost, and scheduling. Familiar with all types of contracts, from union construction, open shop, and project labor agreement. He has successfully completed projects in Canada, Mexico, United States, Algeria, Nigeria, Egypt, Indonesia, and China.

Mechanical Lead Eng.


Over twenty three (23) years of experience in construction and project management. Engaged in coordination of engineering supervision of various disciplines,( structural steel, static equipment, skids, rotating equipment, piping, painting, insulation, and commissioning) in the Oil & Gas, Power and in Mineral Processing industry: Engaged on major projects in Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East with companies M.W. Kellogg, Bechtel International, BHP-Billiton, Woodside Energy, Esso, Nafcon, Petronas, Pertamina, Finanesta, Worley Engineering and Worsley Alumina.

Les skills include: Leadership capability, technical knowledge, dedicated work ethic, ability to work well with other team members.Total commitment to safety and the environment, high performance, win-win relationship, courage to lead and change, respect for each other.

Develop schedules, procedures, method statements, ITP’S, construction methodologies, Quality Assurance and controls. Technical assistance at all levels of construction and commissioning phases of the projects. Review technical processes, engineering drawings, procedures, and cost control methodologies.

Conversant with management practices, field engineering, contract administration, HSE, environmental management, site administration, shutdown, and maintenance procedures.

Sound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practice. Review design packages, engineering drawings, isometrics, fabrication and installation methodologies. Ensure all company HSE policies and procedures are implemented. Prasad S.
Instrumentation & Controls Lead Eng.


Prasad has over nineteen (19) years of experience in the field of Instrumentation Design Engineering of Canadian Oil Sands, Liquefied Natural Gas ( LNG) Plants, Petrochemicals Refinery, Gas Pipeline Projects, Alumina Refinery, Nuclear fuel reprocessing, Nuclear waste immobilization plants and Nuclear waste repository facilities as well as exposure to Power plant sites and commissioning activities.

He has experience as a member of Project Management Team in large scale grassroot refinery projects and also in LNG plants. Engeged on majot projects in Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam, North America and Middle East with respectable international companies like Bechtel, Technip, DQRP, Pertamina etc.

Prasad has won numerous awards and certificates for outstanding performance. Prasad's skills include: to lead a sizable team of Engineers, indepth technical knowledge, problem resolution, great team player, assignment dedication and commitment.

Fields of Expertise includes being specialized in Instrumentation and Control Systems. Project Specialist


Tom has more that thirty eight (38) years of experience. His area of experience is in the chemical, petrochemical and process industries, oil refineries, oil and gas recovery, processing and transportation; power generation - fossil and nuclear; modularized, stick-built, grassroots and revamp, on and offshore plants and facilities.

Areas of expertise include piping design/checking, project proposal development, design management, project and construction management, field engineering and construction supervision, contract supervision, inspection, turn-over and commissioning / start-up.

James B. V.
Civil Lead Eng.


James has over twenty four (24) years heavy industrial construction experience, including Modular pipe rack construction, chemical, refining, petrochemical, butanediol, LNG, and ethylene. He has served as a Senior Field construction Engineer, Quality inspector, Surveying director, Party Chief, Procurement Coordinator, TOSTR, Civil, Piping, Mechanical Supports, Temporary Facilities, Insulation, and Buildings Engineer. Duties include: directs and audits required field inspections, tests and documentation of results; responsible for field design modifications including surveying, drafting, and computations.

He is experienced in civil and industrial insulation disciplines.
