Service Description
A new standard for leadership is needed to navigate the ever changing nature of organizational life in the 21st Century. Traditional leadership focuses on effectively managing people, but when people are led by dynamic leaders the need to manage minute detail disappears. This 8-week leadership academy focuses on 8 competencies we have identified as intrinsic to dynamic leaders. Building Trust Conflict Resolution Coaching, Mentoring, & Delegation Communication Emotional Intelligence People Development Results Orientation Creativity Each week we will explore a different competency engaging in hands-on experiential learning, with the academy culmination being a Dynamic Leadership Academy certificate and electronic resume badge.
