Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to engage in CLASSes and Events. As a small business, your commitment is crucial in helping us manage scheduling and resources effectively. Please read through the following cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for both parties. **1. Cancellation by Participants** If you need to cancel your participation in any session, please notify me as soon as possible via email at m.ed.payne.class@gmail.com The following cancellation terms apply: **More than 7 days before the event**: Full refund or transfer to a future session (subject to availability). **Less than 7 days before the event**: No refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant or reschedule to a future session for an additional fee of $25 **Same-day cancellations or no-shows**: No refund or rescheduling available. **2. Cancellation by Us (The Provider)** In the rare event that a CLASS or Event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, personal emergencies, low enrollment), we will notify you at least 24 hours before the event. In this case, you will have the option to: - Transfer your registration to another session or event (subject to availability). - Receive a full refund of your payment. **3. Rescheduling** If you wish to reschedule your participation in a session: - Rescheduling must be done at least 7 days before the event for no additional charge. - Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee of$25 depending on the type of event and availability. **4. Special Circumstances** I understand that personal circumstances can sometimes make it difficult to attend scheduled events. If you are unable to attend due to illness or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out to discuss potential accommodations. I will do my best to work with you to find a solution. **5. Non-Refundable Fees** Please note that certain fees, such as materials or registration processing fees, may be non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.
