Cancellation Policy
Welcome and thank you for choosing CLASS-Consulting. Our goal is to help you achieve yours and our hope is that the session you have booked will support you in that goal. While we hope that there will not be a need to cancel or reschedule, please see our policies in relation to both below. **1. Cancellation by Participants** Participants may cancel up to 7 days prior to an event/CLASS. If you need to cancel your participation in any session after this time period, please notify me as soon as possible via email at m.ed.payne.class@gmail.com. In general our policy CLASS maintains a no refunds policy on cancellations at this point; however we do allow for special circumstances and will accomodate most efforts to reschedule where possible. **2. Cancellation by Us (The Provider)** In the rare event that a CLASS or Event must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, personal emergencies, low enrollment), we will notify you at least 24 hours before the event. In this case, you will have the option to: - Transfer your registration to another session or event (subject to availability). - Receive a full refund of your payment. **3. Rescheduling** If you wish to reschedule your participation in a session: - Rescheduling must be done at least 7 days before the event for no additional charge. - Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee of$25 depending on the type of event and availability. **4. Special Circumstances** I understand that personal circumstances can sometimes make it difficult to attend scheduled events. If you are unable to attend due to illness or other extenuating circumstances, please reach out to discuss potential accommodations. I will do my best to work with you to find a solution. **5. Non-Refundable Fees** Please note that certain fees, such as materials or registration processing fees, may be non-refundable. This will be clearly communicated at the time of registration.
