HI! I'm Makeda Payne, M.Ed. Owner and Chief Learning & Experience Officer here at CLASS Consulting, LLC. I created CLASS after spending 25 years in the field of Learning & Development and finding myself frustrated at the lack of REAL learning and growth I saw happening within the industry. After having held virtually every title one can think of... from Elementary School Teacher to Corporate Trainer; from Career Counselor to Instructional Design Manager,  I was still unable to find the niche that might allow me to create great learning programs which would authentically support people in learning the information & skills they wanted to learn. So I created that niche myself. Here at CLASS Consulting we support education and learning on a range of topics for a range of customers in a range of (very creative) ways, what is consistent however is that whatever the goals our client's want met we create learning content and experiences that will definitely support that level of growth.
