What the Way of Alignment Is...

The Inner Trinity

At the heart of the framework are three dimensions of your inner world:

The quiet, steady part of you that knows what's true. It shows up as intuition, clarity, and inner wisdom.

When it's active:

You feel grounded, centered, and connected wot what matters.

🌊The MIND which tells the STORY

The thoughts, beliefs, and narratives you've collected over time.

Some support you. Some limit you. Some keep you stuck.

When it's out of alignment:

You may feel anxious, overthinking, shutdown, or emotional fatigue.

🌱The BODY which holds the MEMORY

The emotional and physical patterns your body holds - often from past experiences.

When it's out of alignment:

You may feel tension, overwhelm, shutdown, or emotional fatigue.

Why this matters

These three dimensions are always interacting. When they're out of sync, you drift.

When they're aligned you move through life with clarity, and steadiness.
