The Wayfinder Journey Daily Alignment Practice is the self-guided companion to your 12‑week coaching experience. This program offers a simple, steady rhythm that helps you reconnect with your body, your spirit, and your inner knowing every single day. Through guided prompts, reflective exercises, and grounding metaphysical practices, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, listen for divine direction, and move through your life with clarity and intention. Each day invites you into a brief but powerful moment of alignment—something you can complete in 10–15 minutes. These practices are designed to support the work we do in our weekly 1:1 sessions, helping you integrate insights, build new patterns, and stay connected to your soul’s direction throughout the week. You’ll also have access to a private community space where you can share reflections, ask questions, and receive light support between sessions. This group container ensures you never walk this journey alone. The Daily Alignment Practice is not about perfection—it’s about presence.
