Cancellation Policy

Purpose of Coaching Coaching is a collaborative, forward‑focused process designed to support your personal, professional, or spiritual growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or medical condition. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Coaching provides guidance, reflection, and support, but the client maintains full agency over their choices and results. Scheduling & Attendance All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the booking system. Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrival. Rescheduling & Cancellations Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and not refundable or transferable. Refunds All coaching purchases are final. Because coaching involves time, preparation, and personalized support, no refunds are issued for completed or missed sessions. Confidentiality All coaching conversations are confidential except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others). Clients are expected to maintain confidentiality within group or community spaces. Communication Between Sessions Light support between sessions may be offered depending on the program or package purchased. This may include messaging, prompts, or check‑ins. Response times may vary and are not guaranteed outside of scheduled sessions. Boundaries & Scope Coaching does not replace therapy, legal advice, medical care, or financial advising. Clients will be referred to appropriate professionals when issues fall outside the scope of coaching. Use of Materials Any worksheets, recordings, prompts, or resources provided during coaching are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without permission. Coach’s Right to Discontinue Services The coach reserves the right to discontinue coaching if a client violates boundaries, engages in harmful behavior, or is better served by another professional. In such cases, unused sessions may be refunded at the coach’s discretion. Program or Package Integration When coaching is part of a larger program or membership, the coaching policy applies specifically to the coaching component. Program access, community guidelines, and digital content follow their respective policies.
