Lead Like David is a 6‑week Midweek Alignment series that examines leadership through the seasons of David’s life and the alignment principles revealed in each one. This series moves beyond inspiration into real transformation through application. Each week focuses on a season of David’s life and the leadership traits he embodied in that moment—emotional regulation, discernment, stewardship, strategic placement, relational wisdom, accountability, and embodied leadership. We explore how these traits functioned in David’s context and how the same patterns appear in modern leadership environments: workplaces, teams, creative projects, family systems, and personal decision‑making. This is not a devotional study and not a theoretical leadership lecture. It is a structured learning experience designed to move participants from understanding to application. Every session includes a targeted activity that brings the week’s leadership trait into real‑world practice, ensuring that learning is not just heard but embodied. Across six weeks, we explore: • The Shepherd Season — preparation, identity, and emotional regulation • The Anointing — capacity, placement, and recognizing emerging responsibility • Goliath — clarity, decision‑making, and aligned action • The Fugitive Years — adaptability, restraint, and relational wisdom • The Throne — stewardship, responsibility, and embodied leadership • Failure & Restoration — accountability, truth‑telling, and return to alignment Each session includes: • A focused teaching on a season of David’s life • The leadership trait(s) expressed in that season • A modern leadership parallel to ground the concept • A guided activity that moves participants through Knowledge and Understanding and into Application. • A clear takeaway practice to support alignment throughout the week By the end of the series, participants will be able to: • Identify where their leadership has drifted out of alignment • Recognize the patterns shaping their decisions and relationships • Apply alignment‑based leadership practices in real situations • Lead themselves and others with greater clarity, steadiness, and integrity This series is ideal for anyone navigating responsibility, influence, transition, or personal growth.
