Alignment Yoga: Breath, Body, and Being
CLASS Description
ALIGNMENT YOGA is the primary embodiment practice of The Way of Alignment — a 60‑minute, breath‑centered experience designed to help you return to coherence through the body. Each session explores one facet of the 13‑Law architecture, offering a grounded, accessible way to feel where you are out of alignment and to practice returning to your natural state. This is not performance‑based yoga. It is a guided, somatic exploration of the Laws — the 8 Cosmic Laws, the 4 Laws of Mind, and the Law of Embodiment — expressed through breath, gentle movement, and presence. Every session centers on a single Law or a single point of misalignment (with your nature, with the creative process, with your capacity, with your attention, with your choices), giving you a clear doorway back to yourself. Each CLASS follows a simple, repeatable arc: • Grounding & Breathwork Reconnecting to the Law of Nature & Expression — the truth of where you are right now. • Gentle, alignment‑based movement Exploring how the body reveals distortions in the Laws: resistance, overextension, collapse, avoidance, or disconnection. • Somatic awareness & reflection Noticing where you have been out of alignment with a specific Law — without judgment, without pressure. • Embodied practice A simple, repeatable movement, breath, or awareness practice that supports returning to alignment. This becomes your take‑home tool. • Integration & closing Re‑anchoring in the Law of Embodiment — the lived expression of alignment in real time. By the end of each session, you will be able to: 1. Identify one way you have been out of alignment — with your nature, with the Laws, or with the creative process. 2. Name the Law or pattern connected to that misalignment — giving you clarity and language for what you’re experiencing. 3. Leave with a practice you can use anytime — a simple, embodied tool to support returning to alignment in daily life. This CLASS is ideal for anyone seeking a grounded, accessible way to integrate the metaphysical architecture of TWOA into the body. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, each session meets you where you are and guides you gently back to center. Come as you are. Leave aligned.
