LEAD Portfolio
(Learning, Education, & Development)
This portfolio highlights selected projects across instructional design, leadership development, and onboarding transformation. Each example reflects a commitment to learner‑centered design, strategic analysis, and practical application. The work spans corporate, pharmaceutical, and insurance environments, demonstrating depth in curriculum architecture, blended learning, performance support, and talent development
LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATION SERIES - A multi‑tiered leadership development journey built to create clarity, capability, and upward mobility.
A comprehensive Leadership Certification Series was developed for a global pharmaceutical company in response to employee feedback about unclear career pathways and limited leadership development opportunities.
The solution included a three‑tier leadership journey aligned with the organization’s core leadership competencies. Each tier featured a three‑day immersive workshop facilitated by multiple instructors, followed by a year‑long cohort experience with monthly virtual sessions focused on applying leadership behaviors, strengthening communication, and building peer support networks.
Participants advanced through structured levels — Emerging Leaders → Frontline Leaders → Bridge Leaders — with each stage deepening leadership capability and organizational impact. At the end of the year, graduates earned a formal certification and progressed to the next leadership tier, creating a clear, motivating, and equitable path for internal growth.

NEW HIRE CURRICULUM - A learner‑centered onboarding experience built using the 5 Moments of Need methodology.
A comprehensive New Hire Curriculum was developed for a major insurance provider, grounded in the 5 Moments of Need® methodology. As a certified 5 Moments of Need designer, the focus centered on identifying what new employees needed to learn versus what they needed to reference at the moment of application, change, or problem‑solving.
The resulting curriculum included a blended learning experience with facilitator‑led sessions, eLearning modules, job aids, and performance support tools. Each component was intentionally mapped to the appropriate moment of need, ensuring that training time was spent on essential skills while reference tools supported tasks that required ongoing reinforcement.
This approach created an onboarding journey that accelerated confidence, reduced cognitive overload, and provided new hires with the right support at the right time — leading to improved performance, smoother transitions, and a more consistent onboarding experience across the organization.

New Hire Curriculum & ISD Mentorship - A consulting‑led onboarding redesign paired with hands‑on instructional design mentorship.
A pharmaceutical organization engaged consulting support to redesign the New Hire Curriculum for incoming Customer Service Agents and to strengthen internal instructional design capability. The project involved partnering with a team of one—originally a trainer—to build both the onboarding program and the skills required to sustain it long‑term.
Over the course of a year, the team moved through the ADDIE process quarter by quarter. The work included conducting a full analysis of role expectations, performance gaps, and workflow needs; designing a streamlined curriculum based on those findings; and developing all required learning assets using Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and the organization’s LMS.
The redesigned curriculum removed unnecessary content, emphasized hands‑on practice, and introduced a digital training tool that supported real‑world application. In parallel, the internal team member received structured mentorship in analysis, design, development, LMS operations, and cohort management, resulting in a successful transition from trainer to fully capable instructional designer.
This dual‑impact approach delivered a modernized onboarding experience and built sustainable internal capacity for future learning initiatives.
